The government of the United States of America has very carefully and deliberately established for the people of the United States certain rights and freedoms so as to never live under the unjust tyranny rule of government. They put their very lives on the line to declare our independence and deliberated carefully in the writing of our Constitution. Then, thinking of the freedoms they did not posses under previous rule proposed and passed the Bill of Rights which to this day stands as the cornerstone of freedom guaranteed to all Americans.

Let us review the Bill of Rights' First Amendment:

   "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,or prohibiting the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

The Constitution is housed at the National Archives and Records Administration
