What you'll need:
1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1-1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, optional
1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups M&M'S® Brand Milk or Peanut Chocolate Candies
1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 bag DOVE® PROMISES® Milk Chocolate, unwrapped
What to do:
Blend the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. Press the mixture into a buttered 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 7 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the coconut. Drizzle with the condensed milk and pop it back in the oven until bubbly and golden, about 10 minutes.
Remove and immediately cover with M&M'S® Brand Milk or Peanut Chocolate Candies and marshmallows. Put under a broiler for a few minutes, until the marshmallows turn a gooey golden brown. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Cut into 1-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch bars and leave in pan.
In the meantime: melt the DOVE® PROMISES® Milk Chocolate for 15 seconds in the microwave or in a bowl placed on top of simmering water. Transfer the chocolate into a resealable plastic bag. Snip the corner and drizzle the chocolate over the M&M'S® MORES™ Cookie Logs.
Makes 24 logs
Spread Peanut Butter between 2 crackers or wafers.
Make as many as you want.
Take half the chocolate bark and melt in microwave.
Stir after each 1 minute until completely melted.
Dip each cracker into melted chocolate until completely covered.
Place dipped chocolate covered cookies on a large sheet of wax paper.
Melt the other 1/2 chocolate bark and make more cookies. Let harden a few hours or place in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
Serve on a pretty plater and watch your friends eat 'em up!
