Another gift that the Holy Spirit gives to God's people is
the gift of the Power of Healing.
There are many stories in the New Testament of Jesus healing
blind men, people who can not walk, men with leprosy and
you will even read about Jesus healing people who were dead. After Jesus went to heaven He sent the Holy Spirit to give the
Power to some of His disciples to heal people.
You can read these stories in the book of Acts.
There are people today that have received this special gift of healing.
They do not heal by their own Power; they heal because of the Power
that God gives them through the Holy Spirit and through the name and the
blood that His Son, Jesus Christ shed when He died on the cross.
"Paul noticed him and realized he had faith to be healed.
So Paul called to him, 'Stand Up!' and the man leaped to his feet
and started walking!"
